Beef jerky recipe (home made)

Beef jerky has to be one of my favourites go-to snacks while out on the trail. It’s light, nutritional and tastes great. What better way to enjoy this snack…make your own. You can be hungry on the trail and just whip out a packet of your favourite flavoured homemade beef jerky. You can add your own spices or flavours….whatever takes you fancy and the great thing is that beef jerky can be stored for a very long time.
